Pass IELTS Plus – Lesson & Booking Policy (2025) All lessons are taught by Dameon (Day), a former IELTS examiner. Sessions are available via Google Meet (recording included) or, on request, WeChat, LINE, or WhatsApp. 🕒 Booking & Scheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all bookings. Less than 24 hours’ notice counts as a late change and is treated as a completed session. To reschedule, edit your Google Calendar event or contact Dameon directly. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds More than 24 hours’ notice: full refund or credit to your next lesson. Within 24 hours: non-refundable (your slot is reserved exclusively for you). No-shows: charged in full. Refunds (if applicable) are issued via the original payment method — Wise, Stripe, or Ko-fi. Please contact before paying if unsure about availability to avoid refund delays. ⚡ Emergency Lessons Limited 48-hour emergency lessons may be available on request. Package students receive priority scheduling. 🎥 Recordings & Materials Google Meet sessions are automatically recorded. All recordings and notes are stored in your private Drive folder.
